Had no issues with finding the entrance - video guides sent beforehand were very useful. The location is great if you are attending an event at the arena, as you don't even have to go outside. The staff was very friendly and nice, provided me with all the information I needed. I turned up quite early, prepared to leave my luggage and come back to check in later, however the receptionist found a room which was ready and I could go there straight away! I asked for a small favour before arrival and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill my request. The room itself was cosy, with warm decor and beautiful lighting. The bathroom was very nice (it even had a speaker so you can listen to music/tv), with lovely toiletries. I had an issue with the shower but it was sorted within 10min of calling reception. Lots of choice at breakfast, and the restaurant (as well as the reception) had a nice atmospheric decor. The elevators work a bit differently, but I really like it and I think they are actually more efficient, especially at busy times.

The location was fantastic for the Arena which was the reason why we chose it as attending a concert there. Was able to get into the concert from the hotel without having to go outside which was a bonus. Directions to the hotel from the train station were confusing and the hill up to the hotel was so steep dragging a heavy case I should have taken a taxi. The staff in the hotel were friendly helpful and professional, the hotel was exceptional and an experience which was very relaxed. Slept really well with bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good although a little confusing as couldn’t find the eggs on the first morning and food labels on some items could have been clearer. I put porridge on my plate with my bacon mixing it up for scrambled egg as it was not labelled. 🤣.

We were here for just a night and it was very comfy. Our room had an extra bed with a little window that you could whatch the snow falling. This was our highlight! The beds in general were very comfortable. The shower and toilet have even a audio speaker so you can listen to music or TV while showering for example. The Hotel is right next to the Nokia Arena. You can pass from the parking through the hall of the arena and you reach the hotel very quickly. Everything is explained very good. The atmosphere in this hotel is really beautiful. I'ts very easy to park your car in the Aimo Parking Garage. The Breakfast has a variety of food in the best quality. Try also the restaurant in the evening. We can recommend it.

We stayed for the World Hockey Championships. The room we had was the Arctic Loft for three of us. While the room is a bit on the smaller side it is absolutely immaculately clean. The bathroom is fantastic and overall it has a very cozy atmosphere. Important detail to know - room does not have a micro wave. The staff was first class. The receptionists were very friendly and helped us find our way to the arena. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. The sheer selection, quality and taste, along with a very attentive wait staff made for an experience we still talk about. Overall we have to rate the hotel a 10/10. We will be back for sure.

From the moment you step into the elevator, you get transported to Lapland. The lobby has a dark, mysterious interior and the beds were super confortable. Everything was very clean. The rain shower in our room was a huge plus! I must say that the hotel breakfast was the best we have ever had! They served a variety of things suitable for different diets and had a nice Lapland twist to the breakfast offerings. My husband especially enjoyed the reindeer omelette that chef Juuso made for him. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be visiting more of this chain's hotels again!
